I found Brae last January and she was a perfect match for me, a God send really. She’s compassionate and candid. She always shows me love, compassion and support accompanied with impeccable insight and things to consider between our sessions. She listens closely and weeds through my words to find the intent and understanding of what I’m sharing. I am truly thankful for her. I highly recommend her. I leave our sessions feeling capable to look into my on life with out fear of judgment or condemnation. I feel empowered and less afraid to be honest and truthful about myself.

Hello and welcome to my private practice. I am a warm and caring therapist who believes that you do not have to manage your painful emotions or distressing relationships all on your own.
I have been a licensed professional counselor for over 30 years, and I offer a safe, nonjudgmental relationship where you can give your mental health more care, concern, and attention.
I offer insight, perspective, and gentle redirection to reduce your emotional struggles and improve the quality of your life and relationships.
When what you usually do to manage your life is not working, we will create new strategies to address how significant relationship and work stress, exhausting anxiety, and overwhelming depression rob you of clarity, problem solving, and hope.
Therapy can be the right place to start. I look forward to meeting you.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Brae is the first therapist I’ve found that I feel like actually cares. She listens, she calls me out when I need it. She stays honest with me without judgement and working with her has absolutely improved my life.
My sessions with Brae came at a fairly critical point for me, and I am happy to say they've been incredibly helpful. Her direct but non-judgemental manner made hard topics easier to address head-on, which I really needed and appreciated. She provided a full picture and gave good insight that made me consider my perspectives in a way I hadn't before. I'm happier as a result. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. She’s a great listener and made me feel proud of the steps I’ve made in my life so far.
So far, I've only had one appointment with Brae, but it feels like she understands me and genuinely wants to help me thru this difficult time in my life. Thanks!
Brae, is a fantastic therapist. I needed someone that does a bit more than listen and could give guidance for healthy coping and conflict management. She’s been exactly the support I needed during a difficult time. Thanks, Brae!
