Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

No judgement and easy to talk to
John is considerate and listens to my issues. He responds with care, sometimes comedy, and has multiple approaches for each individual situation. I have found him to be very helpful!
John is a very smart guy, he is excellent at listening and discerning what’s going on by listening to your experience or what is going on. He very well helps you feel heard and understood and is very big on self care. Highly recommend him and looking forward to continued work with him
Jon has been really friendly and invested in what I have to say. He has a very positive energy which makes me feel more comfortable when talking about hard things.
From the very first session I felt like I’m talking to my long time friend. Week 3 into my therapy and I have 80% less of anxieties. He directs you gently into the right way, however YOU have to be willing to work and do some deep research into yourself. I’m sure that John and I will get to the bottom of anything that bothers me!
John is great and really cares about me
