I am glad that I was connected to Gerald. I was undiagnosed adult ADHD and I am a masking type. I was diagnosed by a psychiatrist one year before I met Gerald, however, my psychiatrist didn't recommend me to initiate the ADHD medication as I had "mild symptoms". I wouldn't know that my internal problems were somewhat associated with untreated ADHD if it weren't for Gerald. He guided me through a way to reconnect with myself by understanding my true self while recommending I seek the proper method to treat my underlying risk factor - which in my case, ADHD. I am still on the journey to embrace myself but I can tell that my journey would have been much slower or even would not have started if I hadn't discussed my problems with Gerald. Gerald might say that it was all me who achieved it but I really want to appreciate his companionship to support my journey. Thank you, Gerald.
