Denise is so welcoming, kind and makes therapy feel safe! She is also very professional, compassionate and provides a lot of value to every session. She’s punctual at every session and makes each session feel easy even when the content is vulnerable and delicate which is great, because she doesn’t add any extra pressure to what you’re already feeling. She’s also a great listener. She lets you talk and knows exactly when to step into the conversation. I’m very pleased with her! 10/10

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Extremely responsive and supportive. So far so good. It’s been about two weeks
Denise is very attentive and kind. She's always on time for meetings, and she messages when I forget to schedule the next one. I couldn't recommend her more.
It’s hard to put into words how helpful she has been. I mean right from the start she picked up what I was trying to articulate and helped me start on a plan right away. Her compassion shines thru making it easy to share with . It felt like we have been in therapy for some time and it hadn’t even been a month yet. Life saving stuff thank you so much.
So far I've been able to communicate and I look forward to more therepy sessions.
