Emily is a wonderful human.

Emily has made me feel extremely comfortable and cared about from day 1! She is extremely intelligent and follows up outside of regularly scheduled appointments to check in on you. I feel like I’ve gotten a lot out of working with her for the time we have and she knows how to keep things professional while also knowing when to give you a quick laugh. Just very enjoyable, helpful, caring, and comfortable.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Emily has been absolutely amazing. I started therapy with her because of a marriage crisis, among many other things going on in my life, and she was always able to help me sort through my emotions and feelings, to work on finding peace through the hardest of things and times, and was always so down to earth and understanding. She helped me see areas where I needed to find grace and look deeper into my own feelings and actions and understanding them. I couldn’t recommend her more. She is loving, caring, kind, open and honest.

Emily feels like someone I have known for years. I felt incredibly comfortable opening up to her, even in session one! This was my first experience with therapy and I have been anxious about it for years now. I wish I would have found her sooner.
