Ruth is amazing, words can't even begin to express how amazing she is. My wife even loves her, I tell my wife about what Ruth and me talk about and my.wife smiles and says good, I'm glad you'll listen to her. Ruth challenges me like nobody else ever has in the best way possible. She'll push me on difficult subjects but is there to help and support helping you grow. If she ever retires, I'm done with therapy, she is that amazing and nobody can ever be as great as she is.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I highly recommend Ruth Gordon. Since I’ve joined Better Help in April, she has helped me realize what was in me all along; the ability to change the narrative in my life. Today, I am empowered. I trust myself and the decisions I make. I’ve been releasing the tether I’ve had to others and have no more attachments. This gives me the freedom to discover ME. Life is ebb and flow. Some days are better than others but the freedom of mind helps you to live instead of survive. I am thankful that I took the step to start therapy. It took great courage on my part to trust that someone could hear me and ultimately see me, helping me to see myself. I am a better version of the woman I was six months ago. Consistency is key. Thank you, Ruth Gordon, for your compassion, professionalism, and experience. Thank you, Better Help for providing a platform that is accessible and affordable for everyone.

Ruth is the most amazing person in the world. When her I talk I truly feel she understands and listens. I may not always get the answer I want, but she questions me in the greatest way possible and pushes me to be the person I deserve to be even if everybody but me sees it. I took a break for a little over 6 months and when my significant other saw a change in me, the first thing she asked after we talked through things, is if I needed to talk to Ruth. That's how much of a profound effect Ruth has had on my partner and my life and how much she has helped me grow as a person to be a better partner and just a better version of myself. I couldn't imagine talking to anybody else.
