I am grateful for the advice/worksheets I’ve been given. I feel that these are helping me dig deeper to learn how to focus on things for the better and understand how to truly be in power of the situation instead of allowing my mind/feelings to take over. There is still a lot of practicing and figuring out I need to do however, this foundation is strong and it’s from being able to talk and reflect about things and be given the opportunity for me to really dig deep myself for answers along with being given another perspective on things. I am very grateful for my therapist and I hope he really understands that in this short time, his efforts to help have been appreciated and I am grateful for his guidance.
