Alisha is great at listening to your concerns, exactly what your focusing on, and being able to dive deeper in ways that are helpful. I have also really appreciated the fact that she gives me homework, something that I can reflect on that really helps me during the week and allows us to make more progress during our time and know each other better. Highly recommend!

Alisha was great with asking questions and truly listened when I replied . She was not to proud in saying I may need her and a therapist with more specialized experience, or that I may just need the person with more specialized experience. I felt comfortable with Alisha and allowed her to guide me through a hardship in my marriage. I would love to refer her to anyone!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
