Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Genuine, kind, and confident! Love her!
Jamie has been a lighthouse in the fog. I always feel very positive and hopeful after our sessions. Thank you for matching us up. =)
Jamie has been the best therapist I have ever had! She not only truly listens to me, she provides me with great perspective and guidance. I get something out of every session. She has made a world of difference for me during some tough times!
Amazing therapy and has helped me a lot!
I was hesitant about using an online version of therapy. I was afraid it would be dehumanizing. I couldn't have been more wrong. I am so much more comfortable sitting in my room with my dog in my lap! Jamie has made such an effort to connect with me! She is so professional but honest and direct! I can't even express how grateful I am! She is exactly what I needed!
So far I feel very comfortable and confident with Jamie as my therapist
Jamie has helped me in more ways than I could have imagined. We had a great connection from the very beginning and I have always felt comfortable and safe to share in our sessions. I feel like I have made so much progress in the few months we have worked together and couldn't have asked for a better therapist!
Jamie “gets me” and clearly and consistently provides truth and strategies for my well-being and growth.

She’s amazing
Jamie has helped me immensely. I was a person who didn’t believe in reaching out for help. I have since recommended friends and family that therapy is a great tool to help deal with issues.

Upfront and honest. She comes at each situation and insight with grace and compassion. Even when I mess up there is no judgement. Just acceptance and graceful correction.
Jamie has been a real life saver. She is personable, intelligent, and offers great practical solutions. I think about what she says a lot in between our sessions. I enjoy my time with her and always feel like I leave with a valuable thought, idea, or lesson that betters my life each time! Thank you!
Jamie is pleasant and easy to talk to. I appreciate how she blends her medical understanding of mental health with pragmatic support. She was understanding when I needed to reschedule and is wonderful about reminders. I also love how we can joke around sometimes. It helps lighten the mood after intense discussions. Thanks, Jamie!

Knowledgeable, and a skilled therapist. I've been to several therapists in the past, and Jamie is one of the best, and the only one to successfully help me!

Jamie Bull is an excellent counselor! She is kind, understanding, and helpful. I never feel judged, and I always get something practical from our sessions that helps me throughout the week. I highly recommend her!
Only been to two sessions so far and Jaimie has already helped me so much! She is personable and relatable and just lets me blabber on bc she understands my adhd…then she gives me really helpful tips and feedback. I’m glad that I chose her and this way of doing therapy makes it easier for me to actually go and attend. I look forward to getting further to finding balance in my life and utilizing all the group therapy tools as well!
I have only had a few sessions with Jamie, and I am so grateful for her support. She is truly remarkable and someone I would recommend to many people!
I have had a couple of sessions with Jamie, and I cannot say enough good things about her. I have had other therapists (not on Better Help) who agree with me but never help me work on issues, telling me I'm "doing a great job" with whatever it is. Jamie takes a different approach. I feel like she really listens to me and provides the appropriate feedback to feel better about my decisions and help me grow positively in all facets of life. I am super thankful for Jamie and Better Help!
