He was easy for me to relate to, as he shared with me that he had seeked therapy in the past and that I was not alone and there was nothing "wrong" with me. For many sessions, I would do 95% of the speaking, and then he would make one simple and concise remark that would stick with me throughout the week and give me a deeper insight about myself.
