Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Christopher helped me feel relaxed right away
I feel Chris understands my issues and has provided valuable insight.
Christopher has a way of listening and compassionately keeping me focused on my goals during each session. I enjoy his ability to relate to any given situation. From trauma, to grief, to anxiety. His calm voice is also a big plus for me.
Christopher is a kind and caring person. Who listens and advice is always extremely helpful. I couldn't of asked for a better therapist, this was my first time and it's been amazing
Chris is a very good therapist
Great listeners! As good life advice
Highly recommend
Christopher is absolutely the best! I couldn’t have asked for a better therapist to assist me and coach me in the grieving process of loosing my dad and helping me build my self confidence. Super laid back and easy to talk to.
Chris was a great listener and interpreted everything that I said in a constructive way that helped me identify my problems and find solutions. Very grateful for all his help, and would recommend in a heartbeat!
Christopher has been great to work with. This was my first time speaking with a therapist and it has really made a difference for me. Very appreciative for Christopher’s help.
Christoper Branch was the therapist I needed when I needed one the most. I had severe relationship issues and they were effecting my health, work and family relationships. It’s the hardest time I have experienced, and I put a lot of blame on myself. Christopher helped me navigate and reason with my self. He helped me avoid my negative tendencies, and see where I tried the best I could. I’m forever grateful.
Christopher not only listens, but interacts honestly and effectively.
Great listener. Gives great advice. Very knowlageble with mental health and is professional and trustworthy
Christopher is a very good therapist. He's hoping me solve my problems effectively.
Good person
Chris is a great listener, offers tools to help, and maintains a level of professionalism. I would highly recommend Chris and his abilities.
I like how Christopher makes me feel comfortable talking about literally every thing. He helped me a lot in challenging my negative thoughts and changing the way I think. I feel much better after talking to him and I do see a good progress in my life.
Great person, will definitely help guide you to better understanding yourself and how to improve. Highly recommend
He’s a great person. Understands what your saying even when you don’t and has personal experience on mental health issues which makes opening up easier.
Christopher is an experienced therapist and gets straight to the point which I really appreciate . I'm not looking for empathy but practical solutions for my cutmrrent problems .
He’s someone I can rely upon to be honest with me even when it hurts sometimes but it’s allowed me to receive the best help and keep me level headed during certain situations. I don’t feel alone when I’m talking to him. As if he’s along side me while I’m going through life changes or when my minds not in the right place. He’s really a great person and someone I’m glad to be my therapist
Christopher is just a good guy. He's easy to connect with, I don't feel like I'm judged even when making decisions that might not be for me. It's more of a discussion on the thought process that brought me to those choices. I really appreciate that it feels like I'm talking to just another understanding human and not someone who is just paid to listen. I truly feel like he has my best interests at heart and it feels good to know that someone does, even if it's not myself. Having someone to discuss things with has been monumental helpful for what I am going through and I deeply respect and appreciate the time he takes to allow me to vent or process along side him.
Mr. Branch is the first Mental Health Professional that gave me actionable advice I could use to help better myself and my thought process. I think that is invaluable when someone is seeking help to better themselves through BetterHelp. Mr. Branch is does not speak formally and I think that makes him more relatable as opposed to different mental help professionals. I like that he gives you homework to work on for yourself that helps you dig into your own life to see when you can and/or should make adjustments. I would definitely recommend BetterHelp to other who need and ask for help. Then, I would specifically recommend Christopher Branch because of the way that he works and communicates.
Christopher was very attentive and supportive with me. He asked me great questions and gave me space to talk and share what really was going on inside. He was professional and also felt like a friend. He really helped me and I’m very grateful for my time with him.
Chris is an amazing therapist. I highly recommend him. I had hit a dead end in my life as far as stress and depression. Working with Chris has been liberating. I finally feel like I am living my best life. I will continue my therapy with Chris. My life can only go up from here. Chris is truly a life saver.
Christopher is amazing. I would want to gate keep him as my personal therapist, but anyone who needs help deserves to have a therapist like Chris.
Christopher is different, as in he’s real. You put in what you get out and just be honest, don’t judge yourself because he won’t.
