Lisa has gotten me through so much and I could not have asked for a better therapist or a more supportive therapist. She doesn't talk like we're in a clinic. I feel at ease with her and like I can honestly be comfortable to work through things. She has talked me through some of the crappiest parts of my divorce and childhood trauma. I have been in therapy quite a bit in my life and by far she is the best!

Lisa is so amazing! First time going to therapy as an adult and from the get go she made me feel so comfortable talking to her. It felt like talking to a friend but just so happens to know what to say to challenge some of my thoughts. She gives me homework and helps me hold myself accountable to practice what we discussed during our sessions. I will continue my sessions with her for as long as I can, cause it always makes me feel better knowing I have appointment with her.
