I have never clicked with a therapist or every felt "seen" like I do with Sarah. I've been going to therapy off and on for years, and I found myself feeling frustrated. I was about to give up, and I tried one more time. I matched with Sarah, and as dramatic as it sounds, it has changed my life. I am working through more in this first month than I have after literal years with other therapists. It is impossible to understate how much I respect her and feel respected in return. I highly recommend her, and I am so thankful to her for being exactly what I need.

I didn’t know what to think when I started better help. All I knew was that I in a dark place, felt alone, & was all out of options. I had put off therapy for too many years & that was my breaking point. Couldn’t have made a better decision! Though Sarah and I have only had a few sessions so far, I was already bragging about her & referring people to the site after the first and second lesson even. I’m impressed as to how open minded she was & how I never feel like I’m being judged.. Considering my lifestyle is not what the typical norm may look like to the outside world. She has been lightning fast on getting back to me & always right on the dot for our meetings. I always leave all of our sessions feeling more positive & more motivated to better myself. I’m so grateful the universe aligned us to cross paths & I look forward to what the future has in store. Thank you girl! You rock!
