Jenelle has been working with me for over a year now, and I think she is doing a great job with a challenge like me! She has always been very helpful and supportive of my specific situations and needs. AND, she is very kind the way she somehow “softens”the undesirable truths that we have to address, and hopefully overcome, and then she is still there, on the phone waiting until my mini-fit blows over , and calmly helps me to “see” what I need to see. She truly listens and understands what I’m trying to say, and difficulties that I have along this journey. I’m keeping her as long as she will put up with me. Thank you Jenelle so much!

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Jenelle equally packs in emotional support whilst talking through a lot of difficult things that often are hard to realize when you go to therapy to try and better yourself. I never feel judged and nothing ever feels forced. I appreciate the time and attentiveness she gives and I have seen so many improvements in my life since starting therapy
Janelle is the best! She is really easy to talk to. Listens to you thoroughly and has great thoughts/ideas/practices to help you grow
Jenelle is kind, knowledgeable, insightful and a great listener! I always walk away feeling so much better then I did when we started.
This has been my best therapy experience of my life. Jenelle is amazing!
great
She is amazing! So kind and so insightful!
Jenelle is the best! Very easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable and at ease.
Janelle has been so helpful! She was patient with me in our sessions when I needed time to think in silence as well as when I needed to just ramble until I said all I needed to. She listened to what I wanted to talk about. I never felt she had an agenda or was pushing me towards any course of action - just listening and offering possible strategies to manage what I was going through. She recognized the meaning behind my actions/feelings and helped me get the courage to seek a diagnosis for my ADHD. In the month that I have been talking with her, I feel more empowered than I have in a long time. She's the best!
I most certainly appreciate janelle and the advice that she provides for me, the tools and the amazing listening skills that she has. I feel that she is truly concerned about me and responds appropriately anytime I need her or her advice or her ears. I feel better after talking with janelle, and feel right now that I would be lost without her. I am so glad that I found a BetterHelp. I am very satisfied with athe therapist that was provided for me.
Just having someone to talk to about the way my brain works and all of these thoughts that I think are ridiculous really goes a long way. Not only do I feel understood but I feel as though someone is trying to figure me out in order to help me better, which you can't really ask anyone else to do that besides a licensed professional, and she does it beautifully!
Jenelle is super caring and listens along with asking me questions. She has been super helpful and supportive in my healing journey. I am thankful to have been able to find her
