Ultimately that's what's going to get you to achieve your ambitions and your desires. Yes, it's hard to save the money but I'd rather make the small changes (like making a pack lunch rather than spending on a meal deal) to make the big changes for my mental well being, helping me to achieve my goals. Invest in yourself".
