Hello my name is Puja, an accredited counsellor with 10 years of experience. Thank you for sharing information about yourself & I’m so happy that you reached out for help. I check messages every few hours when not on schedule, I will respond as soon as i can :) I work Monday to Friday and I am off Saturdays and Sundays. Please be mindful, that there might be a time difference, which means, i may not respond within a 8 hour period.

I am not a crisis counsellor so I do ask that if it is an emergency please contact the local emergency services in your area. If you have a time you would like to book, but it isn’t showing on the calendar, don’t fear, just send me a message with the date and time and I will try my very best to make it happen. Please note that sessions are once per week for 45 mins via phone, live chat, and video sessions. You are free to choose the type of your session you feel comfortable with as I want all my clients to feel supported and happy in their counselling sessions :)

Please be mindful to cancel a session within 24 hours, in order for that time slot to be offered to someone else.
