Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

From my experience with George I can tell that he likes his work and is gifted at it. I would highly recommend him as a therapist. He is a good listener and is able to very quickly identify what I need to know. I went to him with difficulties in relationships and my own thoughts that were very troublesome and his help was critical in improving my perspective on what I can control vs what I cannot. He explains personal values and relationship dynamics with often personal examples that provide me a level of clarity and understanding which I can rely on to better my relationships at home and work and feel better overall. My life has improved since I started working with him. Though he is a professional and good at what he does; I also feel like he is a well wishing wise friend, and I always look forward to my time with him.
