Morag is a phenomenal listener! She makes me feel valued, supported, and is also genuinely concerned with my well-being. I feel like I can tell her anything and there is never any judgment. She is objective and it doesn't matter how crazy your brain feels, she is able to help make some sense out of it. Sessions with Morag have helped me to heal from past trauma and have helped me with my relationship as well. Would highly recommend booking a session in :)

Within 2 sessions Morag has significantly helped me and gave me perspective and insight that has drastically changed the way I think. She reminds me to be patience and be kind to yourself. The sessions don't feel intense and rushed, but more like talking to someone who wants to understand you and guide you to the person you know you can be. Highly recommend!
