Juliet-Danielle has been such an imperative part of my healing journey and I would highly recommend her for therapy. I have had multiple psychologists and therapists but none of them have been as amazing as her.

More about Juliet-Danielle

  • 3 years' experience
  • Female
  • LCSW

I am licensed in New Mexico with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with relational problems, burnout, existential dread, feeling lost, lacking self-esteem/confidence. I serve many different demographics but specialize in trauma, ADHD, depression, anxiety and personality disorders.

I also love helping clients navigate boundaries, healthy relationships, communication and helpful coping skills.

Beyond any expertise I may have, I really just love therapy. I know what a profound impact it can make in a persons life.

Being a deeply feeling person in a messy world is a beautiful thing, but sometimes it can also be isolating, confusing and painful. I am here to help you navigate that and figure out how to “hold both.”

I will hold you accountable and be real with you, but also remind you to practice lots of gentleness & compassion towards yourself as we go on this journey together.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
