I am licensed in the UK with 3 years of professional work experience. I work in person-centred and integrative modalities. I always knew that I wanted to help people, I just didn’t know what that would look like, so I kept looking, gathering valuable skills, and several degrees, along the way. Through roles in marketing, event management, recruitment, contract facilities management, teaching adults and school inclusion work, I learned that I’m a great communicator but there was still something missing. I retrained as a personal development coach with the Coaches Training Institute, and still find great satisfaction in that, and I knew there was more. I volunteered and worked in male and female prisons, trained for and worked in Restorative Justice practices before studying Forensic Psychology at the University of York. Ultimately I took a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and found my passion.
Along the way I’ve learned that I make a difference because:
• My gift is communicating with compassion
• My passion is seeing the whole person and helping them to see and value themselves
• I knit together all my knowledge and experience and tailor it to my client’s needs
I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & coping with life changes. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage and I respect you deeply for choosing to do this work.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
