Therapy has been a new experience but I have been trusting the process. Traci has done a great job in helping me to unpack, understand my experiences and to see things from a different perspective. Therapy is a journey, thankful that I have stated mine.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Great therapist ! Really help me process better
He really pushes me to take action and walks me through how to take control of my situation rather than just giving me coping strategies, and I really appreciate that! It's not easy, but I'm getting my money's worth!
I appreciate the time he takes to listen and get to the root of the problem. I have experienced a good deal of improvement in a short time. Highly recommend.
