Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Overall rating:
Sarah is fantastic. She provides the right mix of compassion and support with challenge and motivation. I really value working with her.
Sarah is a great listener and makes herself available whenever I need to reach out to her.
Sarah is extremely professional and insightful. She understands my therapy-related needs and is extremely helpful in this regard. I highly recommend her.
Sarah is exactly what I needed. She listens and responds in the most helpful way. She lets me talk, she inserts helpful feedback. I just love my sessions with her.
Helpful and understanding.
Sarah is a phenomenal therapist, at least from the perspective of a patient working with her. She is intuitive and personable. She makes me feel understood, and quickly identifies issues in my thought patterns that I'm able to candidly show her because she makes it a very safe space to share. I feel like if I just show up and be honest, no matter how uncomfortable the truth, it is received. Honestly, just being able to come to therapy to say exactly what i feel and how I feel it is incredible. I feel lighter, more productive, and able to address my problems head on as a result of therapy with Sarah and would 10/10 recommend unless it makes it harder for me to book spots on her calendar!
Great listener and is able to give me mental tools to rethink and reframe certain thoughts and situations
Sarah has really helped me to understand what I am responsible for and that my boundaries are not only right, but necessary for my survival and my children’s peace. I am so thankful for her!
So far, Sarah has been very supportive! She has helped my direct my thoughts in a positive direction and begin to focus on the root of issues I am having.
Sarah has been a good person to talk to. She listen and has good encouragement with the things that I am going through.
