Leslie is extraordinarily insightful. She’s an excellent listener and gives thoughtful feedback. She’s helped me grow tremendously and I’m forever grateful!

Reviewed November 2024

She is supportive but firm. I am a very bad procrastinator and she checks in on me. I make a plan to improve my life and then go right back into rest mode. So it helps to have support from someone in between sessions through my journal.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

My therapist is really great. She listens to me. Without judgment which is so awesome and she always provides a solution and let me know what the problem is and how I can fix it and congratulate me when she sees my improvement on certain things I would definitely recommend her to everyone I know

She listens and makes suggestions based on you. Gives you worksheet based on personal needs and supports a person. I needed someone like her to help me and not just say well that sucks but challenge me. She does challenge and has helped me get out of my funk.

Leslie was the perfect match for me, she has helped me look forward to counseling appointments. After the first session I felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. Leslie has helped me recognize the sources of my anxiety and validated my feelings so that I could process them and find solutions to move forward. I’m so glad I took the hardest step by scheduling a session, I look forward to more healing as I continue therapy with Leslie.
