I love Bebeh. She’s so patient and willing to listen. Our sessions feel full of empathy and understanding - without judgment. I’m grateful to have her on my care team.

Bebeh is always cheerful, on time, kind, great listener, has alot of wisdom, gives me good practical advice, is intuitive and is able to interpret how I'm feeling, when I can't find the right words or don't exactly know myself. She asks great questions to help me process and figure out what I'm feeling or thinking. I have really grown from not feeling like I have a voice and shut down, to speaking up for myself in a loving way, making new friends, being excited about life and continuing to grow. I'm so, blessed to have her come into my life.

Bebeh truly listens to everything I say and offer suggestions that are very achievable and actually work! Just over one month, I have gained a new understanding of my anxiety and how to stop it before it’s out of control. I also am more confident about making and maintaining boundaries.

I started this process due to anxiety, amd being shut down. I have gained many valuable tools to help me deal with my anxiety, amd not hide from it. As well as some coping mechanisms during high anxiety moments.

Such a great listener. I feel understood with every single session we have. I can say a few things, and she immediately knows what I’m thinking/trying to say. She’s very comforting, and always brings out the lighter things to the surface. Since day one I have been in awe and have had many “aha!” Moments.
