Take a deep breath.

As you do that, allow yourself to think, feel and know that:

You are loved,

You are important,

You are valuable.

I promise to give you a safe and respectful haven in all my counselling sessions.

You can have the space and freedom to start from the inside, allowing you to explore things you can’t talk to other people about.

Before I tell you how you can do that, you should know I’ve been where you are…

I struggled through a painful time in my life where I lost my voice. I worked with a therapist to find myself and began growing in confidence and value for myself.

Once I did this - the freedom was life changing so this is why I now choose to help other find that freedom they deserve.

If you’re wondering…

How to find your own freedom, here’s how I can make that easier for you:

• I use creative interventions, so that you can get from ‘A to B’ faster.

Our brains work more creatively when we’re not actively thinking. This other part of our mind can resolve things faster than more traditional talking therapy.

• Your own beliefs may be really important to you and we’ll use them to help you move forward. This allows you to move forward with freedom.

• My highest values are empathy, honesty and trust.

This creates the safest space possible in the counselling room, such that you’ll feel secure enough to open up about what truly matters to you.

I look forward to embarking on this new journey with you...

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
