Welcome to My BetterHelp Profile – Your Friendly Guide to Feeling Better

Hi there, I’m Gina, the founder of Be Best Therapy. I’m just like you – someone who believes that we all deserve a bit of help when life gets tough. I’m also a proud member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, so you know you’re in good hands.

Therapy That Gets You

I’m all about keeping things real and tailoring my approach to fit you perfectly. I love using Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) because it’s all about turning those tough, nagging thoughts into positive vibes. It’s not just about getting through the day; it’s about making your days better.

Mindfulness is another tool in my kit. It’s a fantastic way to stay cool and collected when life throws curveballs. It’s especially great for keeping anxiety in check and helping you find your calm place.

I also mix in some Integrated Counselling and Person-Centred Therapy – fancy terms for saying I focus on what you need and help you take the driver's seat in your life.

Finding Your Balance

Life’s a juggling act, right? Work, family, personal stuff – it can all get a bit much. I’m here to help you find that sweet spot where everything balances out. We’ll set goals that actually fit into your life and figure out ways to make self-care a real thing, not just a hashtag.

You’re Not in This Alone

Feeling anxious or just plain overwhelmed sometimes? That’s totally normal. We all feel like that. But you don’t have to tough it out alone. I’m here to walk alongside you, help you tackle those tough times, and find your happy place.

Let’s Start This Journey Together

Why not give it a shot? Book a session with me, and let’s chat. We’ll take it one step at a time towards a happier, more chilled-out you. I’m here for the whole ride, ready to support you all the way. Let’s make life a bit brighter, together :)

It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Gina has honestly been fantastic. I’ve struggled with therapists not coping with my trauma which makes it difficult being the one with it. But Gina has understood me and not backed away. She’s given me some real insight to deal with my issues.

Reviewed February 2024

Gina is thoughtful, validating and kind. She seems to understand that I want to understand and explore the “mechanics” of why I feel the things that I do and works to support that, which I value. There are times where i feel she “jumps the gun” a little bit with attributing reasons for my circumstances or behavior, but i think the few times this has happened it’s mainly because we have been having to communicate over chat messages. On the whole I very much trust her approach and process, and it is clear to me that Gina is both learned and experienced.

Gina is such an amazing listener and a beautiful soul. She made me feel comfortable in the first session with her beautiful smile and words of assurance. Her actions made me feel heard and valid. I appreciate her words of advise and will keep it in mind whenever I feel down. Her source of comfort have allowed me to open up and force myself to face my challenges head on. Along the way, she continued to be the pillar of support and strength that I needed. Blessed to have met her! :)

Gina has shared some insight that allows me to break outside of my thought patterns. Her phrasing never seems rude or condescending.
