I’ve been working with Sara for 3 months and find our sessions really helpful in helping me to manage my feelings and behaviours following a traumatic double bereavement. Additional written learning supplied by Sara has given me structure and confidence to deal with daily life more effectively and with positivity. I trust and respect Sara implicitly and would have no hesitation in recommending her for her professionalism and warm and approachable manner.

Thank goodness for Sara. I have been seeing Sara for almost a year and can honestly say I do not know where I would be if it were not for her steadying voice, quiet strength and considered support. Sara has a canny ability to connect with and understand people. She doesn’t judge but supports you to confront your fears and build your own toolkit for future success. I would recommend Sara to anyone!

I am licensed in the UK with 14 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, abuse, and self esteem. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Person-Centred Therapy is by no means easy and works on the premise that clients drive their sessions rather than their therapist making assumptions or guessing what is or isn't important for clients to talk about. This can feel a little daunting at first and can often result in periods of silence which can feel uncomfortable and awkward for some clients however, it is during these quiet moments that clients often begin to open up and bring to their sessions experiences that have inevitably sewn the seeds of the difficulties they face today. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

I’m enjoying going through my healing journey of growth and Sara’s definitely helping me understand and dissect things allot better. I feel comfortable and can be myself… I feel heard and seen, she’s really opening my mind in a positive way and I’ll continue going though my sessions with confidence. Thank you

Sara has been so absolutely lovely! She is the most empathetic and loveable person ever

Reviewed May 2023

Sara identified my issues and areas that need work in no time at all, when I’ve been feeling very lost and confused. The work is entirely tailored to my needs, more so than another other therapy I’ve had where I’ve been unsure if I’ve identified any true benefits or learnings after sessions. After just two sessions I know I’ve been matched to the right therapist! 10/10
