I have experience in helping people with a variety of emotional difficulties, such as low mood, anxiety, trauma and low self-esteem. I have also helped many people experiencing issues in their relationships or career, and experiencing loss and grief, or other changes in their lives. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can be daunting at first; I know this from my own experiences of being a client in the therapeutic relationship during my training. I endeavour to put all of my clients at ease with my warm, down-to-earth and non-judgemental nature.
