I am licensed in the UK with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, intimacy related issues, parenting issues, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence.

The core of my therapy style is empathy and compassion, as often it can be a challenge to show that to ourselves, I look to meet you where you are; free of judgement. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioural, humanistic and psychodynamic. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgement. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support you in that journey.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Reviewed November 2024

Daniel has provided me with an extremely valuable space to explore and work through my difficult emotions. I have had therapy on and off for over 25 years now and I do have to say working with Daniel has been the best experience I have encountered of being in therapy. I have been able to process difficult experiences and situations in my life throughout our sessions, and also learnt a lot from Daniels reflections. I feel really safe in the sessions with Daniel and appreciate his non-judgement, openness and support. Daniel is clearly very knowledgeable and an certainly an expert in his field, and I feel very grateful to have been matched with him as a therapist through Betterhelp. I was really reluctant to work with a male therapist at first but decided to give it a go anyway, and so glad I did! Thanks
