"You are not alone, I am here to help!"

It is what I do and who I am. I started in health, fitness, and well-being and moved into other fields until I found my calling in counselling and psychotherapy. Helping others to find their meaning and purpose in life, overcoming their challenges, whatever they may be. To discover the why and the how of who they are. To know what we can change, what to accept and have the wisdom to know the difference. More than the traditional psychology of what is wrong with us, but to flourish. I have been doing this in various forms for more than forty years.

What a kind empathetic therapist Sidney is. I feel as if he can see right into my soul. He never rushes me to finish our sessions but waits until I have my emotions under control before leaving me with words of comfort.

Sydney is very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. I really liked his approach where he used illustrative ways of analysing experiences. He always sent very useful material and was able to point out various personal development tools as this is an area I am keen on. Sydney’s non-judgemental and approachable manner meant he created a space where I was comfortable to talk about difficult life experiences, which he helped me make sense of, and provided tools to support.

I really appreciate Sydney Lewis’s help as a therapist over the last months. I am amazed by his ability to switch between therapy methods and schools of thought - sometimes a few times in one session! Aside from mastering so many approaches, he also does coaching and business advice which I find incredibly versatile and knowledgeable. He has great empathy and his advice is very applicable. I genuinely found our sessions very useful, uplifting and inspiring. I don’t think there is a person he would not be able to help in some way or a problem he would not help address. Thank you very much again for all the support!

I have never had long term sessions for therapy. Trying to understand who I am and how to change things that were hurtful was my goal. He was very good at reading who I am, even when I had no clue, and providing very positive support and so easy to talk to. He gives me ideas and guides to help me learn myself and how I can identify the things I want to change and methods to accomplish these changes. Great fit and Sydney is an excellent therapist.
