Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I am very happy with my therapist, she is very supportive, thoughtful , reliable, a good listener and easy to talk to. She is helping me in so many ways.
Really understands women’s issues and has particularly helped me with grief, anger and dealing with difficult relationships
She’s brilliant, easy to communicate with and takes her time to help you
Really good
Amanda is thoughtful, patient, and seems to understand just what I need to think about before I do. She provides guidance without leading and she poses questions to me that help me think about myself, my situation, and my needs. I feel like I was meant to find her as a therapist and I definitely feel comfortable and so grateful for how she has helped me thus far.
Amanda is excellent. She listens carefully and she's very supportive.
Amanda is great. I feel listened to and supported well and she is totally there to ensure I am able to manage my emotions and feelings independently which is a positive for me as I want to be able to develop skills that help in the long run with coping.
Very pragmatic approach and targeted to effectively support my issues.
She points out and supports the topics I feel the need and want to work on. I feel comfortable to talk to her.
Easy to talk to which, I think, is important
