Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Counslors are supposed to use questions to help a person discovery themselves. Sometimes I like a perspective or opinion from someone neutral on the outside looking in. She's given great outward insight for me. Other tools have been provided and has been a great experience.
Fantastic therapist
She's just great
Angela has been amazing! She truly listens and tries to understand. She gives helpful insight & advice! I’ve had 2-3 therapists on BetterHelp and she’s the one I’m sticking with!
She is very understanding and doesn’t rush you through the session, very compassionate & is really easy to speak to. I really enjoy talking with her.
Angela has such a warm and comforting presence! Talking with her is like talking to your mom or sister or very close friend. She has a wonderful way of guiding to asking new questions about yourself without significant probing or assertiveness, which I used to think was what therapists did. I highly recommend her.
