Kimberly is kind, patience and a great sounding board

Reviewed June 2024

Kimberly is very attentive supportive and kind. I feel like even though we’ve only had a couple sessions she gets me and what my goals are and how I process things. She encourages me to push myself and provides tools to help me reach my personal goals. I was worried about virtual therapy sessions but Kimberly makes them feel authentic and meaningful.

A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
