I came to Paula during a very dark and difficult time in my life. I had never before participated in therapy so I was a little hesitant but Paula changed my mind and is so encouraging, positive, helpful, and makes you feel like you’re not alone! She is amazing and makes you feel amazing as well! HIGHLY recommend her as your therapist!
