Dia has been a wonderful therapist. She listens and is affirming but also challenges me in a way that I think centers me cultivating my growth mindset. I’ve had previous experiences where I felt misunderstood by the mental health professional I was working with. However, Dia is intentional about seeking understanding and does so in a non-judgemental way.
Dia is the perfect balance when it comes to knowing when to validate and when to challenge. I feel very understood and heard. I've come a long way since starting with Dia. She is the main ingredient to success this time around in therapy. Anybody would be lucky to have her as their therapist.
