My name is Dr. Christina Roberts, a Registrant Practitioner Psychologist (HCPC) in the UK since 2015. I am also a Chartered Clinical Psychologist (BPS) and a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BACB).

My work experience includes supporting neurodiverse children/young people (e.g., Autism, ADHD, ADD, Learning Disability) and their families to assist them to acquire new skills and overcome a variety of developmental challenges. I also have experience in supporting clients with depression, stress, anxiety, OCD, adjustment, career difficulties, compassion fatigue, self-esteem, family conflicts, expats- and geriatric-related life changes, anger management, and parenting issues in different countries.

I adopt an integrative and collaborative approach to provide individualized therapeutic models, namely, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Applied Behaviour Analyst (ABA), to meet client’s unique and specific needs. Together with my clients, we create an open, respectful, compassionate, and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seek a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am looking forward in learning, supporting, and empowering you and/or your family during this momentous journey.

It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
