Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Overall rating:
Margo has been great! She is very approachable, listens well, and is very relateable.
Margo had helped me overcome so much of my harmful past and is helping me learn how to build better for myself going forward. Thank you, Margo.
Margo is great. I feel much more myself and I'm looking forward to even more progress!
Is a great therapist very laid back and kind
I have felt very listened to, and I've made a lot of progress because of that.
Extremely patient and relatable.
I had technical issues with the first therapist I tried to work with, and Margo and I have also had technical issues (but we were able to work through them). Similarly, I had recommended Better Help to my mother and she couldn't make it work either. Your IT department needs to work on making it a more stable platform, especially for areas where broadband is an issue (e.g. rural areas).
Margo was great! She listened to what I had to say and really helped me quite a bit
Margo was great! She listens and makes great recommendations on how to cope with my situation. Just knowing someone is there listening to you is a great help! I feel much better every time I talk to her.
Margo has been very patient and kind during our sessions. I think it is always difficult to reach out to a new therapist. Margo has done a great job at allowing me to work through what I have on my mind and offering unique insights and affirmations. I am happy that I reached out and ended up with Margo.
I feel comfortable talking to her and she's an active listener.
