Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Bonnie is a remarkable therapist. She has been instrumental in my successfully navigating an extremely difficult set of life circumstances. I don’t know how I would have gotten through things without her. I never feel as if I am being judged, and she is always fully engaged in our sessions. She gets my highest recommendation!
Bonnie is a great and incredibly personable therapist, I truly enjoy our talks and really get along great with her, she has great advice and makes me feel really comfortable sharing, it’s a totally judgement free space. I greatly appreciate her.

Kind caring an excellent EMDR therapist!
Bonnie is compassionate, understanding, and has great listening skills. She has been very helpful as I navigate my therapy needs.
Bonnie is awesome for me, and what I am working on - she is very persistent with EMDR getting past my mind/brain to the root of the issue. Grateful
Bonnie has been so understanding and flexible as my needs have been so variable. She has found various helpful resources, and her wide variety of experience has proved helpful with my diverse issues. I had extensive notes from each of our sessions, something I've never done before, because I wanted to remember points Bonnie shared and ideas and strategies for coping and managing my life. When I'd get escalated over something peripherally related to what we were discussing, Bonnie would redirect our conversation to the area of greater need. She is a lovely person and an pleasure to work with.
Bonnie is highly skilled and wonderful to work with. Highly recommend.
