Robert Lambert has been wonderful. I just started therapy recently, but I feel I lucked out on my first try with him. He's at your pace, and isn't too pressing on uncomfortable topics. He seems to really care about his profession, and has helped me out a lot in a short amount of time. Each session I schedule, I get more hope and optimism. I would recommend Robert to anyone dealing with confidence issues, depression, anxiety and more. He really does care.

It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. I’ve been in therapy for almost a decade. I’ve had many therapists and Robert is the first person that’s given me hope and made me feel validated. He is respectful of my boundaries and is well versed in multiple types of therapy. He has completely transformed the way I look at myself, my relationships and my life as a whole. 100000% would recommend

Robert is the best therapist I have ever had. He is of course a great listener, but he also navigates the conversation to help me unravel things. I truly enjoy our sessions together and would highly recommend him. He is real and there is nothing better than consulting with someone that sees you.

I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Lambert for four months now and he has already helped me view my world and thoughts in a completely different lens. Unfortunately, I am one of those people with some apprehensions about therapy, but I felt comfortable with Mr. Lambert after our first session. His questions are never intrusive and his sessions really do feel like a refreshing conversation with a kind friend, even when the topic is difficult. Mr. Lambert is also skilled at reading his patients needs per session and therefore will accomodate if a topic differing from the past sessions is brought up. However, his attention to detail and brought scope of care allows him to relate discussion throughout the sessions back to the main points of focus, keeping the timeline of care on track. I feel as if there is something new to reflect on after each meeting and Mr. Lambert even gives "homework" or definition sheets to really help apply the new skills throughout the week. While Mr. Lamberts' schedule can be a bit unorthodox, he is willing to work around the needs of his patients and so if you're able to schedule an appointment with this therapist, I would really recommend it!

Robert has been nothing short of fantastic when it comes to being an empathetic, engaging, and compassionate communicator. Not afraid to dig in when need be but also has the wherewithal to realize when the brakes might need to be applied. Robert has been instrumental in a life change of mine that has been noticed by my family, friends, and co-workers. I could go on forever but overall I am so lucky to have someone like Robert to talk to.
