Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I have never felt so safe and accepted by anyone in my life. I so appreciate her ability to make me laugh, feel safe, feel strong and capable all in one session. She is a true gift.
Do to where I am located face to face counciling is not an option so I have tried a few different online councilors but was put off right away with how .. pre recorded they sounded and not really feeling any kind of importancy. With Dr. Dandy-Fralick she was engaged and very communicative. By the end of our phone call I felt like I was comfortable talking, I felt heard, and I look forward to my journey with Dr. Dandy-Fralick.
She’s helped me to better cope with things and is overall a great person to talk to and easy to talk with thank you!
She is so great at relating to me. She can reach me when I’m serious or when I am in a joking mood. She is very good at reading me. When I need a supportive friend or I am in a joking mood and she really seems to understand me in the short time we have been working together.
