Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I’ve only had two sessions so far but Dr. Good has already helped me in so many ways!!! I look forward to our sessions and come away with new skills and new ways of thinking of things. I’m realizing I have a lot of work to do, and a lot of my anxiety and stress levels could be improved by simply taking better care of myself physically. I am trying to incorporate more walks and exercise and taking moments to do self care. Dr. Good has been very insightful, gives education on various areas, listens and offers advice and also sometimes she just gives kind words and support. I am so appreciative of her!! Thank you Dr. Good!

Dr Good has been wonderful to work with. Between my health journey with Endometriosis, overwhelm by my high-stress job, and navigating life holistically, she's able to come alongside me with her incomparable expertise. She utilizes her education, personal experience in a similar corporate job, and working with countless other Endo patients to guide me on finding hope and knowing that it will not always be this hard. I highly recommend her as a therapist when walking through major life-altering experiences. She takes a holistic approach to finding healing and sustainability to experience/live life fully.

Dr. Good is amazing! Not only is she a great listener but she also tells it like it is. She doesn't shy away from the hard topics and says the hard things that I need to hear sometimes. She doesn't cater to my ego which is exactly what I need. I've been meeting with her for about a year now and it's a relationship I've enjoyed every minute of it. I feel like I'm a whole new me, or at least that I understand myself so much better than I did a year ago.
