Kate is a very kind woman who makes me feel heard and validated. She is very supportive and helps me make sense of all the stuff that's happened to me (a LOT) which is still taking space up in my head. I tend to ramble a lot because of my ADHD and my head being even more full due to all the unprocessed trauma, but she never rudely cuts me off like I've had happen in the past. She just reminds me of the time and says we can continue talking about it next week. So in my opinion she's great and I highly recommend her.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

I'm still very new to therapy, so have only had a few sessions, but I have never felt at ease with a therapist before. She is so kind, and easy to talk to, and opening up doesn't seem to be a hardship. Would highly recommend to nervous new comers.

I have only had a few sessions with Kate but both have been amazing. We still have loads to get through but she has given me the strength to share things with her that will only help improve my mental health moving forward. I would definitely recommend her for anyone struggling with anxiety.
