Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions. Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Lisa has consistently been there to listen intently, offer encouraging and positive-minded support, and humanize what can otherwise be very isolating. 10 out of 10 would recommend Lisa to anyone who wants to grow and improve their lives!

Lisa is a very nice and caring person. She truly listens to me on what I all have to say and she gives me advice and some skills which I love and that is really helping me. What I really like not only about Lisa is BetterHelp in general when your therapist will check in on you weekly and see how you're doing. With only seeing Lisa for a couple of weeks I truly am blessed to have her, my life is feeling better just having her in my corner! She doesn't feel like a therapist, she is so easy to talk to, she is like a friend! I would recommend anyone to Betterhelp or Lisa!!
