My time having sessions with Claire has been absolutely invaluable to me. She has helped me navigate through some challenging aspects of my life, both within myself and with the people around me. Claire strikes a fantastic balance between a considerate listener and a motivating advisor, and I have always felt comfortable in our sessions together. Claire is really resourceful and understanding to my situation
Having never had any therapy sessions before now, I didn’t know what to expect and felt quite nervous. But this very quickly went away with Claire and she made me feel comfortable. She does a really balanced amount of listening vs giving advice and I feel like this works really well for me.
