Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Lindsey has been an amazing resource for me. She listens and guides me to decisions without judgment. I am comfortable sharing intimate details with her. She is always on time and makes the most out of our 45 mins together.
Lindsey is patient and understanding
Lindsey is a great therapist. She is blunt and straight to the point while also having such a caring attitude which I love. I always leave her sessions with some clarity and hope that things will get better.
Lindsey has been amazing. From the start of my sessions she has truly understood my needs and helped me in gaining new perspectives on my life and work balances. I am very grateful for the help she is giving me.

Ms. Yarbrough has been amazing. I have nothing but gratitude I found a therapist that understands my situation and provides good feedback. She is caring and sincere.
Lindsey is clearly good at what she does as a professional. She listens but moreover she has good coaching tips on how to negotiate what would seem to be confusing lanscape in one's life.
Lindsey has helped me feel understood, heard and accepted for what I'm going through. She presents a peaceful environment of communication to "dig in" and "shake it off". Accommodating and thoughtful.
Lindsey is truly a gem. She has made jumping back into therapy a pleasure. I always feel very throughly listened to and assisted in navigating my feelings. Have already recommended someone I know to her and will continue to do so!
She is amazing. She listens, is unbiased, and gives me actionable solutions to my problems. I highly recommend!
Lindsey has been a great help to me. She is a mindful, caring therapist and I would recommend her to anyone seeking therapy.
I had nothing but good things to say about her. She helped me so much while I was going through difficult emotional rollercoaster and had great advice on managing my panic attacks. Couldn't thank her enough!
I’m very new with Lindsey, but I feel that a lot of ground is being covered in a short amount of time which is great. She has an approachable demeanor that quickly puts you at ease. Still in beginning stages, but I’m a fan.
