Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Overall rating:
Fantastic experience with Brett listening to my struggles and offering solutions and techniques.
Brett seeks to know how to best support me and has given me tools to assist myself moving forward. Thank you!!
Brett is phenomenal. I have been to a lot of therapist before, but I feel like he knows how to get you what you need. He creates a completely safe space and allows you to be you, judgement free. He seems genuinely concerned about what you are wanting and needing. I really needed a safe space, He has completely provided that for me. This is exactly what I was looking for! He has even checked up on me to ensure that I’m doing OK! I have never had a therapist follow up with me like that!
He is an amazing listener, and has helped me more in the little bit of time I've being going to him than all the time I've spent with other therapists combined in my life, which has been a lot.
I started therapy with Brett a while ago and started with a billion problems and no idea how to start handling them all. He's walked me through family problems, addictions, and PTSD symptoms and gone above and beyond to ensure that I can handle the things I need to do. If you want help where you can speak freely, get amazing advice and support for your decisions with a realistic view, Brett is an amazing person to go to for therapy.
Is always aware that there are other things to work on than what I talk about.
