It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. From my first session with Rachel, I felt I had my monies worth. The sessions are fantastic and she provides me with so many resources and worksheets which I find so helpful. Outside of our sessions, she always checks in, knowing where my primary worries have been and provides further links and advice if I need it. I never feel like my problems are too much or that I'm too difficult to fix or help. I have recommended betterhelp to all of my friends and family who may benefit from it. Even if you don't think you need therapy, there's someone to speak to who can offer guidance, advice on absolutely anything you need. I am beyond impressed with both Rachel and betterhelp.
