Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I have been to several therapists and never made it past the 2nd session. I just didn’t feel comfortable sharing certain things with them and didn’t trust them because I just knew they could never imagine walking in those shoes and I wasn’t comfortable. Delia the first visit I felt like I was talking to a friend like she understood. Shea straight forward and tells you what you need not want to hear which I need and respect. I can actually talk to her about things without that fear of being judged or crazy. She makes me feel comfortable and like I’m not as bad as the person my mind and experiences have led me to believe. I thank the good Lord for her and I’ve only had 3 visits with her. If you’re one who finds it hard to confide and be vulnerable to a therapist in the past then definitely give her a shot.
Delia has been amazing in just 2 sessions already! She has already helped me begin breaking down the constant cycles I live in and find the root cause of why I am the way I am. I love this about her and she relates the therapy to the Bible which is important to me also. I’d recommend her 10/10. She’s amazing at what she does! Very friendly and easy to connect with!
Delia is great match for me because she understands my issues and provide support and her expertise in order to help me along in my life.
Delia Niles helps me greatly with my issues , thankful to have found her.
Delia is a very understanding and warm person. She equips you with tools and information to better help your situation. Easy to talk with and not at all judgemental. Delia gives you a different perspective view to handle your incident and importers you to use these approaches. I look forward to our sessions!
I'm so thankful for Delia. I have recently been in a really dark place but Delia has helped me see the light again. Delia is very knowledgeable and helps me to see things from different perspectives. She is not a biased therapist, one to tell you things to just make you feel better, but she is one who will give practical and insightful knowledge that will ultimately help you to better yourself as an individual.
An excellent listener who provides good feedback and develops a plan to help with what you need help with.
Delia is a delight to work with. She creates an open environment for sharing. By the end of my first session I was already very comfortable talking with her. Delia is like the friend who listens intently and empathetically but will also call you out when needed.
