Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Kayli is amazing! She is highly personable, professional and has so much knowledge in various therapuetic approaches. Being diagnosed with depression and PTSD for a long time, Kayli has helped me so much with navigating these and providing support and strategies. During this year I have also gone through much trauma involving being diagnosed with a brain tumor and requiring treatment. I was so overwhelmed and Kayli was a calming and supportive presence to help me with the fear and loss associated with the changes I had neurologically. I could go on and on about the ways she's helped me recover from my life experiences that have caused trauma, but that would be book length. Kayli is the absolute best therapist I've had and I would recommend her to anyone! Thank you, Kayli!
