Thank you for taking a look at my profile. I have over 27 years of experience in the behavioral health field with the last five years of that being virtual/text/phone based sessions. I do my best to reduce the pressure and tension usually associated with beginning the counseling/therapy process. If you don't feel like I'm a good fit for you and your issues, I understand. I would appreciate you giving me a chance though. I hope you get a chance to read the reviews of people just like yourself have been nice enough to leave here about their work with me. I wish you well on your journey and would be honored if you invite me to tag along. Have a great rest of your day or night. Respectfully and Professionally Yours, Jason

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Thank you, Jason, for helping me bring ME back.
Amazing therapist
Great guy very down to earth and informative.
Jason makes it very comfortable for me to share my problems and my thoughts. He has patience to listening to me and he provides invaluable advice. He also introduced a few therapeutic tools that are of great help.
Jason is an excellent conversationalist and has a wide breadth of knowledge to draw from. One of the most helpful things he did for me is to provide post-session notes that summarized our conversation. He listened to my story and was there to help guide me through my difficulties. He checked in through messages regularly which kept me on track and was really nice because it felt like he cared about my progress as well.
You're a great listener.
Jason is committed to my success in my therapy in whatever form that looks like. He is very flexible with scheduling and working around meltdowns that sometimes interrupt the process.
Jason is a very kind and gentle person. I feel deeply supported in our therapy sessions together and feel like he does a great job listening as well as providing constructive feedback when needed. I highly recommend him to anybody seeking treatment, he’s incredibly experienced and does an amazing job at what he does.
Jason has been an amazing help in the short time that I've had him as my therapist. After just the first session I already felt amazing because he was able to really, openly and honestly hear me out, and he understood what I was talking about :)
Jason is a kind soul who I believe truly cares about me a his patient … not just a pay check.
Very friendly and knowledgeable , listens well.
Great therapist, great guy, and he has an EXCELLENT memory for all of the things that I have told him over these many months of care
Very calm and constructive approach.
So far my experience with Jason has been amazing. He helps me focus on what is priority and what isn’t I suffer from anxiety and he’s really been helping me through my anxiety and my thoughts he is respectful with my situation. He has never judged me or made me feel judged that’s why I choose to stick with him. I like that I can talk to him as a friend rather than a therapist, but he still gives therapist feedback.
He listens and helps me each time even when I’m just sitting there and can’t stop crying and helps me work through each issue.
Jason and I have developed a great therapeutic bond, and I always feel better after our sessions
Jason is a very kind, attentive therapist. He listens carefully and has great understanding of my situation. I am fortunate to have his support and counsel.
I have been seeing my therapist for some time now, and I have really enjoyed our sessions together. He has a warm and caring approach that makes me feel comfortable and supported, and he has helped me work through a number of issues that have been weighing on me. I appreciate his insights and expertise, and I always feel like he is genuinely invested in my well-being. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a compassionate and effective therapist.
Nice, professional, and respectful.
I’m not a good therapy client. An event of high trauma finally pushed me over the line to reach out for help. Despite my reluctance and poor skillset as a client, Jason has been able to get beyond the shallows and really helped me process some of the most difficult experiences and decisions I’ve ever faced. I’m very thankful for his experience and insight. I’m also grateful for the ease, responsiveness and convenience of this platform during the brief period I have used it.
Therapist is sensitive as well as offering different avenues for me to think about dealing with current and past issues
Jason has been really great, supportive, listening, non-judgemental. I do feel like the first few sessions are always about “catching up”, telling the story, and he is listening. I look forward to a place where he is “caught up” and I can ask him for more concrete advice. Right now, just having someone really listen is helping me through a tough time. I probably need ten sessions a day to feel really ok, but of course some of it is just needing life to happen.
Jason is very good about making me think outside the box about myself and my relationships. He has been a great asset to me.
Jason is great! He is really wise, he truly listens and talks to be like a friend, instead of down to me. Jason is always there when I need him, and quick to get back to me in an emergency.
Jason is patient, perceptive, and profound in his ability to flip your perspective. He is a kind and humorous fellow that seems to always have another tool in his toolbox when you need it the most. I would not only recommend him, I have recommended him to my friends and family.
Jason is an incredible therapist! He’s one of those therapists that genuinely cares about you. He’s also a fantastic listener and he’s really brought up some great points during our sessions. I’d definitely recommend him to anybody!
Through the time that I've spent with Jason - approximately 6 months - he's been extremely supportive, understanding, and compassionate. He's always listened and helped me through some really tough times. I started journalling and caring for myself better thanks to Jason.
I thought I would have a hard time with therapy because I am a very non-BS real-world type of guy. I had never been to therapy before and was very apprehensive about it. The first person I was paired with didn't work out and I was really starting to worry that no one really understood me. But I’m glad I was wrong, Jason is awesome. Very real in his experiences and approach. Exceptionally personable and easy to talk to. Has helped me tremendously living with my bi-polar partner and the stresses of life that come with that. If you are looking for an authentic, real human experience Jason is the guy you’re looking for.
I appreciate Jason’s perspective and even demeanor.
I’ve been working with Jason since late February and I am so grateful for him. He listens well, guides conversations, and is truly interested in helping me through my issues. He is a wonderful therapist and I would highly recommend him to anyone!
He’s a very strong therapist that cares about his clients. He listens and gives honest feedback and I feel it’s great
Jason is such a fantastic person to work with. He has a phenomenal ability to make others feel comfortable, and he guides conversations in ways that always come around to something positive, measurable, and actionable. I am very grateful for his friendly and understanding approach to therapy, and he makes me feel empowered by listening intentionally and responding with easy to understand / apply advice and lines of questioning. What a great guy, I fully recommend.
Jason takes the time to hear me and gives really good advice and strategy on how to deal with my anxiety.
Jason makes me feel like a person, not just another patient. I feel like he truly cares about the way that I feel, and he wants to help me figure out the best way not to feel that way anymore. His experience is unreal. I know that because, I can kind of explain how I'm feeling and within minutes, he has literally given an explanation and other feelings that may be happening. He describes how I feel to a T. If he isn't a mind reader then he is amazing at his job. I could not be happier with my therapist.
This therapist knows how to relate, understand, and make you feel comfortable talking about things that you may not want to talk about usually. I have appreciated and respected all the help he has given just in the couple of sessions we’ve had. It means a lot to talk to a person that doesn’t make you feel like just another client or a number, but he actually cares about you. I would recommend him to anyone.
Jason has such a friendly and encouraging approach to our sessions, and I find great benefit in his expertise. I appreciate the resources he provides and flexibility with my hectic and ever-changing schedule. I highly recommend Jason as a therapist!
He is very well spoken, and nonjudgmental. It’s a total 180 of other stereotypical therapists. He actually cares about your well being and keeps an open mind with great listening skills. He has so many openings for call sessions so you won’t have to worry he is “too busy” for whatever problems you need to talk about. And he gives actual mental techniques that you can use if you’re a more physical learner! 10/10!
Jason is a wonderfully kind and compassionate therapist. I would highly recommend working with him!
I’m a new client, but I’ve appreciated Mr.Huber’s approach so far. He’s very down-to-earth and doesn’t give off the vibe that he thinks he’s better than you. His advice is simple and straightforward and he seems really enjoy building people up. I’m glad I found him.
I love jason he is the best
Jason is friendly, easy to talk to, and very helpful. I love my sessions with him.
Kind. Understanding. Respectful. Knowledgeable. Humorous. Helpful. +++++
Starting with a new therapist is always daunting, but Jason made me feel very comfortable, heard, and cared for from his first message, through our first session and beyond. I appreciate his sensitivity to my trauma background, and his willingness to let me explore retelling my story in my own timing. He asked for goals I'd like to work on specifically, and sends insightful readings between sessions to aid with journaling, education, and session topic direction. I feel very comfortable as a cisgender queer woman client, because Jason is respectful and aware of some special situations that are present in my daily life.
Jason speaks in a straightforward, relatable manner which I appreciate. He is also humble about and appropriately shares his personal journey. In that respect I try to honor that by reading and reflecting on his journal shares. Jason conveys a genuine sense of care and concern that helps me trust him and the process so that I am able to lean in - even when it comes to the hard stuff.
Jason is a model therapist. Truly empathetic, highly intelligent with exemplary interpersonal skills; he has exceeded any and all expectations I may have had for therapy. His dedication and passion for the work shines through his services and has helped me while undergoing emotional and physical abuse. It’s been nearly a year since I last spoke with Jason. I have a beautiful 8 month old daughter and am safe and happy. I still refer to the materials and guidance he provided as they have proven to be invaluable in assisting me to safety and stability. I cannot thank him enough; I am eternally grateful to be where I am now, I could not have mentally or emotionally survived the events I endured without his help. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Jason or his services.
Jason was easy to talk to and I feel like I am making progress working with him.
Jason really helped to facilitate great dialogue between myself and my partner. I feel like I’m in a better spot in my relationship for having worked with him!
Even after a very short time of being a client of Jason’s I feel comfortable and able to express myself freely. Jason is great at listening and gives amazing pearls of wisdom. 10/10 for me you can see he is extremely enthusiastic about his job and has a passion for research.
very easy to talk to. and understanding as well as knowledgeable
Jason is a really attentive listener and sincerely cares about his clients.
Jason Huber was very supportive in my actions and was able to give me perspective in the divorce I'm going through due to his extensive knowledge and experience he has with people he's helped. I recommend him for anyone going through any sort of trouble.
Jason has been my therapist for about a year. He’s super flexible and works with my schedule. I get so much insight from our conversation and I look forward to talking to him.
When you are struggling the one thing you need to the most is calmness and a sound voice. And Jason is definitely both! His sessions are definitely personalised and you will not feel that he has a checklist of things that he needs to say like some other therapists. I am very thankful for our journey together and happy with the progress i saw in only one month.
So far he has been an amazing listener and very insightful!
Jason is an excellent counselor. He has assisted my fiance and me through some difficult life challenges and we are grateful for his assistance and guidance. He was a pleasure to speak with and often made us laugh too. His experience is above par and I would recommend him to anyone! FIVE STARS!
I am so happy with Jason Huber’s help and guidance. The worksheets, discussions and pathways have been the most valuable in my life.
Jason has been a wonderful counsellor to work with. He has helped me with a range of issues including, anxiety, depression, trauma and work life balance. I feel he has a fun approach to our sessions and they have transformed my outlook. I always look forward to our visits.
As a young adult living in an extremely strict Society and the idea of Therapy isn’t very Acceptable and faced with a lot of Backlash and Judgment , i still had the strength to decide that it was time for me to get the help that i need , and i was really scared of how this is going to turn out to be but I couldn’t be Thankful and Lucky enough to have Jason as my Counselor , his Friendly and patience approach definitely were major factors for me to open up easily and to reduce my anxiety , he is a great listener and when things got too difficult , his sense of humor definitely eased things up and made the session got a bit lighter no matter how emotionally exhausting it was , i’m seeing a lot of progress in myself and as much as i still got a long way , but every progress matters , This would not be possible for Jason’s Friendly Approach and his patience and just the way he makes you look at things differently , to keep things Simple : he is simply the best and the greatest and never doubt that he will definitely do everything he can to help you out with everything no matter how big or small , so I would Highly recommend him :)
Jason has many anecdotes to help relate to my issues which i take great comfort in. I wish i had a councellor like him when i was younger
I love talking to Jason, he keeps the conversation casual and is really listening, he's very cheerful and understanding. He even throws in some sarcasm to keep things light.
I have only been going through therapy with Mr. Huber for a short time but he has already helped me change the way that I look at my situations and he does an excellent job listening and connecting with me.
There are so many wonderful things I can say about Jason. He has been extremely helpful, compassionate and is invested in the person he’s helping. I have Always been the doing it alone and figure it out on my own. I was so stubborn and thought I didn’t need the help, when in fact I did. I am so grateful for the positive experience and the positive change. Jason has helped me see things that I’ve missed and has helped with my anxiety and my past issue ( which has been causing all sorts of issues today for me). For the first time in my life, I have been able to deal with my past and be able to handle the many challenges that life throws. I work in a job that thrives on stress and huge responsibilities. I always find it comforting to know that I can easily speak to Jason about any of the things I deal with at work. I have been able to learn how to process the high stress and traumatic things I see/deal with. My friends and family have noticed a huge change , a positive change. I would highly recommend Jason.
Can't say enough nice things about Jason. Super kind, considerate and professional. He was my first experience with therapy and definitely made the whole experience a lot less scary. 15/10 would recommend, and if I ever come back I'll seek him out again.
Jason is one of the best I have ever had. His approach is very good, he isn’t just a therap but he is also a friend, he can joke around and it makes me very comfortable. It makes me feel like I can discuss EVERYTHING. He genuinely cares and is very good at what he is doing. I have recommended betterhelp to others, and that is all due to him. He is a wonderful person and a great therapist!
He is a professiobal in his field, he really cares about his patients! And he facilitates the session after your needs.
Very professional but also friendly and easy to talk. Find it easy to open up to him and talk about my problems.
Jason is a exsperiance counselor he has helped me through some trying times and is helping me come to terms with a lot of trauma from my past, I would recommend him to anyone and everyone, it's not very often you come across someone who is dedicated to helping you, listens to you and encourages you in what ever you wish to persue. Just like any mental health issues his methods take time to work and I can see the changes in myself and can't believe the progress I have made, I'm incredibly happy with his work.
I’ve been working with Jason for just over two months now and I can safely say he’s brilliant. I instantly felt comfortable talking to Jason and an hour session flies by in what feels like 5 minutes. He is empathetic, reflective, quick witted and has helped me to pinpoint areas of my life I need to work on. After many years of being very hard on myself, I come out of every session with Jason feeling positive and like I am enough. He’s one of a kind and I’m so glad he was selected as my therapist!
Jason is amazing. He is very understanding and has an abundance of patience. He also has a wide variety of experience, offering valuable input in many different categories. He isn't pushy, but he is assertive on calling me out on my thinking errors. He always responds in a timely manner and keeps our appointments. I'm very thankful for his help with my relationship issues and my eating disorder.
Jason is very empathic. He truly understands what I go through and offers a wide array of coping mechanisms ranging from radical acceptance to skills on how to set boundaries. He can relate to what I go through which makes it easier for him to provide realistic solutions. He’s opened my eyes quite a lot. I now see things for what they are. I think some of my realizations are difficult to face because they are disappointing and sad conclusions to draw. But Jason is there for me. Life is not fair. Thankfully there are people out there like Jason who will help you get on with your life and maximize your potential despite past, present and future adversity. Thanks Jason for always doing your best.
If you're troubled, if you're happy and you're wanting to achieve an important goal, no matter what your emotional state and reasons for counselling, I highly recommend talking to Jason. He has worked with many kind of patients and I've personally found these little nuggets of information extremely valuable. He has wisdom, is affable and down to earth, patient, has an awesome sense of humour, and has been extremely helpful in highlighting areas of my life that we can work on. He has acted somewhat like a mirror reflecting my main issues which I've found extremely helpful and insightful. He is always kind, patient, and a gentleman and a credit to his profession.
Jason has been instrumental in me quite quickly resolving a few issues that i have had for a prolonged period. He is easy to talk to, humble and insightful. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to a close friend for counselling.
Jason was a breath of fresh air in my weeks. Very easy to talk to, great listener. Gave me worksheets I found very helpful. Made me feel like I mattered and was cared about during my time with him. I would highly recommend him for anyone. Just made my days better.
Jason's calm demeanor and extensive background combine to make him incredibly easy to open up to and worth listening to. There's no pressure at all to dig into anything I dont want to but the idea of making progress is always there, always slowly moving me towards clarity and understanding. I'd recommened him to anybody - I feel very, very lucky to have him selected for me by the system. Cheers Jason, you're brilliant.
Jason is a very understanding and knowledgeable person. He knows the questions to ask or point out at the right time. Very happy to have him as my councillor.

I love Jason. He’s light hearted, and serious at the same time. He has much insight and wisdom to offer. Use him.
Jason is a very personable, relaxed counsellor. He was really responsive and helpful through the text chat and was very easy to talk to in general.
I am currently working with Jason and I find him both affable and professional. I feel he is enabling me to see things I hadn't seen before. I have no trouble talking to him whatsoever and would highly recommend him.
I have found Jason to be understanding of my problems, he listens to what I am saying and his replies to my emails are full of helpful tips and coping strategies for me to try.
It hasn't been a week of talking to Jason and yet I feel so comfortable talking about my past and my other issues with him. He is a very good listener and also a very good therapist. He even asked me how he can avoid triggering me and that was very kind and thoughtful. So yeah, if you're looking for a great therapist, he's the man! Thanks Jason!
